Yet, even more important than the cool hang time (and yes, I tend to chat with almost everyone on the line about sample rates, Pro Tools, mixers – all of it!) is the full on technical support available during business hours. I mean, if you buy something via Sweetwater, they will help you get it working! This feature is amazing for those clients who may not be the most tech savvy, and those who subscribe to my personal mantra “Assume any new gizmo or piece of gear you purchased has arrived broken.” With Sweetwater, you have an immediate way to get something fixed, serviced or returned & replaced.
